Training for lead assessors


On the 21 th of December, 2011, IARM organized one day training for lead assessors on the following topics: The role of lead assessors in assessments and evaluation of the use of accreditation symbol or reference to accreditation in accordance with the change of IARM document for the use of accreditation symbol. The training was completed with a discussion about the remarks in the witnessing reports from the initial assessment of the European organization for accreditation, for signing the Agreement on mutual recognition of accreditation (EA-MLA), about the role of the lead assessors in assessment.
Trainer of training was Natasha Nestorovska-Spasovska - Head of Section for Accreditation of certification bodies in IARM and Chairman of the Personal evaluation Committee.
The training was organized with an aim that the lead assessors will be more familiar with тhе amendments to the procedures for the work of IARM relating to the assessment and also to exchange experiences and opinions on the findings of the assessment team of EA-MLA during the witnessing.

The final idea was to upgrade the level of expertise of the lead assessors during the assessments.
